Seed Starting Chart

How about a helping hand in planning what seeds to plant and when to plant them? Here's a helpful chart you may use to help plan your planting strategy. It already lists a few of the most common vegetables, fruits and herbs and you may certainly add any plant you wish to your seed starting plan and follow the pattern set forth in the chart.

How To Use The Seed Starting Planner:
  1. Print out your chart
  2. Find the frost-free date for where you live and write it at the top of your plan
  3. Choose plants you want to grow
  4. Working from your frost-free date, calculate the dates you should transplant your plants outdoors and write into chart.
  5. Working from your transplant date and weeks needed before transplanting outdoors, calculate your seed starting date and write into chart.
  6. Get busy and have fun watching your garden come alive and flourish!
